Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of our products and to ensure fairness for all customers, we have a no refund policy. Please read our Payment Policy as well before purchasing: Payment Policy

PRODUCTS:

Due to recent high demand and our items being handmade, please allow up to 21 business days for all Genuine Copper, Medicinal, Sterling Silver, Federa Hats, Beads items to ship.

Return Policy:

  • Fedora Hats:

    • One Size Fits All: Fedora Hats are designed to be "One Size Fits All" with an adjustable inner strap.

    • No Returns: Due to the nature of this product, we do not accept returns on Fedora Hats.

  • Waist Beads, Anklets, Bracelets, and Other Wearable Items:

    • Size Responsibility: Customers are responsible for ensuring they order the correct size for these items.

    • No Returns: Due to the personalized nature of these items, we do not accept returns on all silver, copper cuban links, waist beads, anklets, bracelets, or other wearable items.

  • Damaged or Defective Items:

  • Insurance Coverage: All packages are insured during shipping.

  • Reporting Damage: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 1 day of receiving your order to report the issue.

  • Providing Evidence: We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect to assist with the insurance claim process.

  • Replacement Policy: If the damage is confirmed, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the United States Postal Service (USPS). 

No Refunds in All Cases:

Please note that there are absolutely no refunds issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size ordered (by the customer)

  • Shipping delays

  • Lost or stolen packages

Order Confirmation

  • Upon successful order placement, you will receive an order confirmation email.

 Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it.

  • To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at kingsapron@gmail.com and at 404-436-7242.

  • There will be a cancellation fee of $15.

 Disputes

  • For any payment disputes, please contact us at kingsapron@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction.

  • Charges must be over $50 to be eligible for dispute.

  • All products must be returned, please contact us for the shipping address.

  • We will investigate the dispute and work with you to resolve the issue.

Package Loss:

While we take steps to ensure safe delivery of your order, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We encourage customers to track their shipments and contact USPS if necessary.

Services

  • Nutrition Counseling & Education:

    • Cancellation Policy: Clients may cancel or reschedule individual sessions with at least 48 hours' notice.

    • Refund Policy: Refunds for individual sessions are generally not provided, except in cases of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., documented medical emergencies) at the discretion of Kings Apron.

    • Package Cancellations: For multi-session packages, a 50% cancellation fee may apply for cancellations made within  7 days of the first session.

  • In-Home Services:

    • Cancellation Policy: Clients must provide at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of in-home services.

    • Refund Policy: Refunds for in-home services are generally not provided, except in cases of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., documented medical emergencies) at the discretion of Kings Apron.

  • Classes & Workshops:

    • Cancellation Policy:

      •  Clients may cancel their registration 7 days prior to the start of the class/workshop for a full refund. Cancellations within 2 days of the start date may be eligible for a partial refund or credit towards a future class at the discretion of Kings Apron.

  • Holistic Consultations:

    • Cancellation Policy: Clients must provide at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of holistic consultations.

    • Refund Policy: Refunds for holistic consultations are generally not provided, except in cases of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., documented medical emergencies) at the discretion of Kings Apron.Cancellation Policy:

  • Kings Apron Cancellation: In the event that Kings Apron must cancel a scheduled service due to unforeseen circumstances such as instructor illness, inclement weather, or other unforeseen events beyond our control, we will make reasonable efforts to:

    • Reschedule the service at your earliest convenience.

    • Offer an alternative service of equal value.

    • Provide a full refund for the cancelled service.
