Shipping

We currently offer shipping within the United States via USPS. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order.

Due to recent high demand and our items being handmade, please allow up to 21 business days for all Genuine Copper, Medicinal, Sterling Silver, Federa Hats, Beads items to ship.

  • Shipping Options: We offer a variety of shipping options, including standard, expedited, and overnight shipping.

  • Shipping Confirmation: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Also, please check your spam or junk mail folder for the shipping confirmation email.

  • Shipping Times: Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method chosen and your location.  

  • Track Your Order: Please refer to our 'Track Your Order' link to monitor the progress of your shipment.  All orders are shipped to the address provided during the checkout process. You can find your tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. For residents of condominiums or apartment complexes, please ensure your apartment or unit number is accurately included in the shipping address. If you have not included your unit number, please check with your building's mailroom or parcel receiving area for your order.

Returns

  • General Return Policy: Due to the handmade nature of some of our products and the "One Size Fits All" nature of our Fedora Hats, we are currently unable to accept returns for all items.

    • Fedora Hats: Absolutely no returns are accepted for Fedora Hats. These are "One Size Fits All" and may require adjustments to your hairstyle to accommodate the fit.

    • Waist Beads, Anklets, Bracelets, and other Wearable Items: All sizes for these items are considered final sale. Please double-check your measurements carefully before placing your order.

  • Exceptions: We may consider returns for damaged or defective items. Please contact us within [Number] days of receiving your order to report any issues.

Package Loss

Kings Apron insures all packages shipped. However, it is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with USPS if their package is lost. We will assist you with the claim process as needed.
